    I called this place on Saturday to get some information on how to file my taxes for this year since I'm really new too all this. The guy who answered the phone said their base price is $115 for personal tax. As soon as I said "I'm thinking about maybe filing it myself but..." the guy cuts me off and said "well you go do that then bye" then hung up. Basically he assumed that I'm a waste of time before I even finished my sentence, this tells me that they're not in the business to help people, they're in just to get paid. What a disappointing experience.
